Meet the Team

Craig Nugent, Murco’s director, dealer operations has overall responsibility for growing and developing MFG’s dealer business. In this role, he provides strategic leadership across the network, driving initiatives that enhance dealer performance, profitability and operational efficiency.

Craig works closely with the regional managers and dealer support team to ensure consistent standards, strong dealer partnerships and innovative solutions that benefit both our dealers and the wider business.

Nick joined Murco in 2016 and is responsible for overseeing a handful of Murco dealers across the South and in addition he assists the team in monitoring and reviewing network performance, ensuring each forecourt operates efficiently, profitably and in line with Murco’s operational standards.

In addition to day-to-day management, Nick plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with value-added suppliers, introducing innovative solutions and implementing strategic changes that enhance the overall dealer experience. He works closely with the Murco team and Craig Nugent, Murco’s director, dealer operations to align operational initiatives with the company’s growth objectives, driving long-term success across the network.

Simon joined Murco in 2016 and is responsible for our many dealers in Wales. In his role, he also provides dedicated support to our dealers and regional managers, ensuring they have the guidance, tools and resources needed to maximise site performance and profitability.

He works closely with each regional manager to understand their individual challenges and opportunities, offering tailored solutions and advice to help them succeed. Beyond managing existing relationships, Simon also identifies potential new sites and opportunities, contributing to the growth and strength of the Murco dealer network.

Khalid joined us in May 2022 and brings strong industry knowledge to the role. He provides ongoing support to our established Murco dealers throughout the North & Midlands region, ensuring they receive the guidance and attention needed to maximise performance. Alongside this, Khalid is also responsible for expanding our dealer network by identifying new opportunities and welcoming new sites into the Murco family.

Andrew joined the team in October 2022, bringing with him extensive experience in the forecourt and retail fuel sector. As well as providing dedicated support to our existing Murco dealers across the South & South West region, he plays a key role in driving the growth of our network by identifying and onboarding new dealer partners.

With a wealth of dealer market experience, Jim continues to provide knowledgeable support to the whole Murco team in addition to his other Motor Fuel Group responsibilities.
